Our busy lives often see us struggling to make regular time for the things that we know are good for us, yoga included.


I created my membership program to make it as easy as possible for my clients to keep up with their yoga practice, with lots of flexibility but also with access to a members' group, led by me, to stay motivated.

Each week, you get to access to three ten minute practices based on a monthly theme, to help you take time for you to move, release stress, and feel connected. Ten minutes can make a huge difference to your day. There is one relax, one strong and one energise practice to chose from each week. You can watch them as many times as you wish, and mix them with your choice of classes for your perfect balance. 

The monthly membership offers different levels of subscriptions to suit you.

Short practices & 1 weekly class £40 

Short practices & 2 weekly classes £50 

Short practices & unlimited classes £60
