I created my membership program to make it as easy as possible for my clients to keep up with their yoga practice, with lots of flexibility but also with access to a members' group, led by me, to stay motivated.

Each weekday, you get to access a ten minute practice along a monthly theme to help you take time for you to move, release stress, energise and feel connected. Ten minutes that can make a huge difference to our day.
