MONTHLY NEW MOON CIRCLE
Through yoga, we practise living in harmony with the cycles of nature, and of the human body.

This monthly New Moon circle enhances our sense of rootedness in this natural cyclical rhythm through regular time for self reflection.
​
The phase of the New Moon gives us a chance to pause and reflect on the month that has passed, and set the direction for the month ahead. To create and opportunity for stillness and observation. To release outgrown energies and make space for what we desire.
​
This regular practice is a bridge between the soul and our everyday reality. A connection between the internal landscape and our lives as they unfurl. Between intention and action.
​
Each month, a few days before the New Moon, you will receive a pack consisting of journal prompts, a recorded message and an audio file of meditation. This will help you track your journey through the months, and help you stay connected to your inner workings, as you manifest them into being. For subscribers, there is a complimentary yoga class included, too.
​
You can enjoy the contents in your own time, but you will also be supported by a group, where you can ask any questions and take part as much or as little as you choose.
​
With regular practice, it is my intention to help you deepen your self connection, help you manifest your goals, enhance your experience by helping you connect to your spiritual side, and provide you with a sense of community and encouragement along the way.
